Function of each layer
1. Outer layer: PET / BOPP film
Excellent printing performance for gradient color & illustration artwork. Abrasion‑resistant, keep printed pattern from scratch, make pouch stiff and good‑looking.
2. Middle barrier layer (optional)
- VMPET metallized film: light‑proof, oxygen & moisture barrier, cost‑effective for beverage.
- AL aluminum foil: ultra‑high barrier for long shelf‑life.
- NY nylon film: puncture‑resistant, improve anti‑drop performance, suitable for retort beverage.
