Aluminum‑free semi‑transparent composite structure, glossy/matte printing optional, equipped with food‑grade PP spout. Function of each layer
1. Outer layer: PET film
High‑definition gravure printing for fruit illustration, geometric and plant graphic artwork. Abrasion‑resistant to protect printed pattern, keep pouch stiff. Glossy or matte finish available.
2. Middle layer: NY nylon film
Excellent puncture‑resistance, squeeze‑resistance and drop‑resistance, reduce leakage risk during transportation. Moderate oxygen & moisture barrier. No aluminum or metallized layer, keep semi‑transparent appearance.
3. Inner layer: Food‑grade PE heat‑seal film
